Depending on your interaction with myLutron, we may collect the following:
Name, address, email address, internet protocol (IP) address or other similar identifiers.
Lutron may use this personal information to respond to your inquiry or provide feedback, ship requested items, integrate/link your myLutron account with your employer’s Lutron customer account, identify the area from which you are accessing Lutron websites.

If your myLutron account is linked to your employer’s Lutron customer account, we may share commercial information with your co-workers who have also linked their myLutron accounts to their employer’s customer account.

Lutron may use this personal information to facilitate targeted email marketing. We may, for example, send information about an upcoming training webinar to lighting designers, or send information about newly introduced Lutron products and tools to electrical contractors to help grow their business.

- The personal data you provided to create your myLutron login:
To access certain functionality, you first need to register at myLutron for a login, and in many cases, provide a valid Lutron account number for your employer.
Lutron may use this data for the following purposes:
To enable you to log into various applications and websites
To contact you via email for security related communications. Examples include emails confirming your account initiation, password changes, status changes due to inactivity, and similar changes so you can monitor any unauthorized access to your account. Due to their nature, you cannot opt out of receiving these emails.
To send you the transactional information you have requested and important service updates, such as order confirmation emails, account password reset requests, technical support information, etc.
To send you important updates about these applications and websites, such as security updates, bug fixes, and enhancements designed to make it easier for you and your company to do business with Lutron. Due to their nature, you cannot opt out of receiving these without deleting your myLutron login.
To send you important notices about your company’s account with Lutron, such as credit issues, invoices, deadlines for account programs, etc. Due to their nature, you cannot opt out of receiving these notices without deleting your myLutron login.
We use this data to assess system up‐time performance, to monitor for security threats and data quality, and to enable us to make informed business decisions.
To email you marketing communications, such as information about Lutron and third-party products or to ask you to provide feedback about your experience. You may unsubscribe from these marketing emails at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” in the email.
